Specialist in Lorry Loaders

The use of inadequately trained operators is a major cause of accidents. Even if such accidents do not cause a fatality or an injury, they will almost certainly lead to costly legal action or damaged equipment. Quality operator training is a must; a properly trained lorry loader operator is also a more profitable one, providing higher levels of efficiency, less down time and a safer working environment. ALLMI Training providers can supply the rigorous and all inclusive training necessary to achieve these benefits.

The ALLMI training programme covers novice, experienced and conversion training, full theoretical and practical instruction, and practical and written assessments.

Every successful operator receives a certificate and identity card, as well as the ALLMI Operator’s manual. ALLMI certification is valid for five years after which time refresher training will need to be undertaken. The course content includes:

Slinger / Signaller Training

As a natural extension to its role as a provider of quality lorry loader training, ALLMI also offers training for slinging and signalling. Many employers assume that lorry loader training also covers the areas of slinging and signalling, but in order to be proficient, an operator should attend a separate course. The ALLMI Slinger / Signaller programme is ideal for lorry loader operators, but its content is so comprehensive that the skills learned can be used with any other type of lifting equipment.
